Frankly speaking I have never heard about such hosting solutions.
Can anyone explain me the advantages of using hybrid servers?

    Will you help me?

Its going to be a cheap option to go with.

Depending on the host that you are looking at it will either be a cloud server where its a rack or two of servers and then they just config out smaller intro server configs to sell. This cuts the cost down as a lot of the older servers that would be low end or intro servers pull more power than what they would be making when you factor everything in.

So doing a hybrid server they are able to put in newer servers and then just break it down kind of like a big VPS

Yeah, hybrid is a sort of marketing name for VPS with big storage. But sometimes it depends, some hosts name hybrid e.g. mixed ssd hdd vps.

You can send an email to a potential web hosting service and judge their customer service, firsthand.
