What Are The Adsense Rules On RapidDownload Sites?

I have quickly knocked up a rapidshare search engine here:

Please can anyone tell me if Google Adsense has any rules that say you are not allowed something like this because I have come across their shitty rules in the past with download / file hosting sites although this one is slightly different.
