So far I got Facebook likes, Twitter followers, Linked In connections, and reviews on review sites. What else can you offer for them besides long term SEO services?

Many services, do some more reading up, then create a service that makes money...

Set it all up, sell it and away you go...

    Good Luck:)

ppc management, reputation/brand management, project management. In short, manage shit that they don't have the time to do.

I'm thinking about quick services that you can be done with quickly and sell at high volume, not long term commitments. And project management? What do you mean?

Project management: someone has a project they need done (whether it be web development related, software development related, social networking related, whatever, it can be anything; find a niche you're comfortable with and go for it) but they don't have the time or necessary expertise to see it through to the end. They hire you, you manage it by putting the right people on the job within a specified budget. You might have a team in place with a broad range of qualifications, or you might just hire freelancers based on the individual job requirements. This could be high volume work, but your biggest challenge (as with any high volume product or service) is going to be marketing it to the right people so that you can garner enough business to make the venture viable.
