Less calorie input than calorie burned= weight loss, that's it.

Gaining fat or losing it is that simple.

70kg and still want to lose? How small are you?

Like @cetli said, it’s all about CICO (calories in and calories out), I lost 7kg just focusing on it.

It's true.

Cut those carb calories. Exercise with that will accelerate it.

This morning I was chatting with my 260 pound IFBB friend, he's cutting to 212 for nationals in 3 months, and he showed me his breakfast. It was 8 oz of fish, and said his other meals are the same.

Not rocket science.

What's your height?

You don't need a lot of exercise, just stick to a diet. Pick any of the 10 most popular diets and it will work if you stick to it.

Trust me its really simple, 3 Week diet. I can give you a link if you want.

I`ve been doing body building for the last 16 years. So, I`m quite good with all the diets and whatsoever.
Number one rule is, don`t do it as a diet, make it your lifestyle. (I sometimes get fat just for the hell of it. then lose fat and become lean again in few months)
FOR ME the best way is cutting down all the carbs. So, I mostly eat meat all day, and veggies. I don`t really count calories, fat or anything. Eating all proteins and veggies is really hard as in you dont get hungry. Also, I don`t mind eating fats as I cut my carbs it would be better to get energy from fats.
Plus, I go with intermittent fasting. I do 8 hours 16 hours windows. Again, I`ve been doing this more than 10 years now so it`s easy for me to do it, and actually makes my life easier as I can just eat whatever I want. (I workout hard so I don`t care much, if you don`t just cut down your carbs, and look into intermittent fasting. Give it a try for 2 months to see how it affects you. Just don`t forget that if you want to see some results you need a month at least to get used to anything you start)
Any questions you got, you can always drop me a line.

70 kgs! this is 154 lbs, are you a woman? if yes then how tall are you? as you can't possibly be a guy and want to lose weight. But anyway, you must tell us your gender and your height and I will be happy to help. You need to find out how many calories your body need at your height and weight ad gender, check online and find a calories calculator and enter your age, weight, height and gender then you will find how many calories you need to eat per day to maintain this 70 kgs, so if you need to lose weight then eat less than these calories. Assume they will tell you that you will need 1700 calories for daily living, you will then need to eat 1200 calories and workout for an hour a day to burn some 200-300 calories, this way your body will have 700 or so claories deficit, to burn kg of fat (which is 2.2 lb) you need to burn 7000 calories, so to lose 1 kg of fat based on the numbers above you will lose 1 kg (2.2 lbs) every 10 days, these are just numbers and theories, you could lose much more since you are 24, the older you are the harder. Also keep in mind that your food that you will eat at that certain calories intake I mentioned above must be 40% protein 30% carb, 30% fat (good fat only like peanut butter or olive oil), eat much less carb and eat more protein but stay on the calories counting and the calories deficit as you will not lose weight without counting the calories and do some workouts to burn and burn, its simple formula, try to calculate everything that you put in your mouth, do not eat out, cook all of your food, calculate every single shit you are adding, there is no secret you must do it right, no BS.

Same here FOR ME.
Look up ketogenic diet.
I lost 90lbs in one year with that.
And a tip...You have to be very hard in the first week...it is the hardest thing you will ever face off...but after this week - called ketogenic flu - you will feel great.

At that weight and the fact you are male, you should be focusing on bulking up. In the process, you will drop fat weight.

1: Lift heavy things.
2: Eat meat
3: Eat fat.
4: Maybe eat vegetables if you like.
5: Don't eat carbs.
6: Don't drink carbs.
7: There... that's it.

It's actually quite easy to lose weight at the start, it only really gets difficult after a few months when your body starts to adjust.

Literally just cut out junk food and drink more water, and move. Lift weights if that's something you'd be interested in doing, start jogging/running, or literally just go for a walk every single day.

Google
Diet to maintain 8 pack abs

And follow it. Would be hard to follow but u will easily loose 23 lbs a month.

I recently lost 15 kgs.

From 95kgs to 80kgs.

Went on a fruit only diet for 3 weeks.

Now I am gaining back the muscles that I have lost :l

So eating carbs and protein to get to 85-90 without gaining more body fat.

I am 6'1 and 80 looks bad af on me. Just maintain a weight where you look good :)

I am enjoying a better jawline though.

Besides cardio I agree with the cutting carbs. Trade your cakes/cookies/bread for greens/protein and see what happens. Also, an interesting fact is that your body burns more calories in cold weather trying to keep you warm than in hot weather trying to keep you cool.

Avoid junk foods and maintain a diet with fruits and some proteins. Do some basic workouts. Keep going and don't give up.
