For me it always comes to the price of the service and I have to agree what the potential buyer is asking. It may be because of the services I am offering. Is there anything I can do to convince a client to buy at my price without any negotiation ?

Whats your service and cost, where are you selling it, what do you want to charge and what do they often negotiate you down to?

I have to sell sometimes to half of the price I quote. There is still profit but the margin is reduced.

I lower the price thinking at least I am getting some profit.

Yea but you shouldn't have to. Look, if you believe in your product AND you believe your product LEGITIMATELY HELPS the prospect, then you shouldn't have a problem/they shouldn't see a problem. You might not be able to sell to everyone, but sales 101 is about knowing your prospects' needs, addressing them, finding creative ways to address them, and then finding a solution. Stop selling people things they don't think they need. FIND a way that this assists them/helps them do what they need. Don't be scared about telling them how much they'll be missing out if they don't take your advice. Also offer something for free. Are you offering anything at all for free to your clients? Even if it's a simple checklist in your niche? You gotta give givd give, take what's offered, then give give give. That's how you succeed in sales.

As asked what are you selling?
And yes maybe guys he is charging too much, we dont even know what hes selling or for how much.

Op you need to provide info to get any decent responses. N offense but "i have to sell half of my quote" doesnt tell us anything.

Most of the enquiries I get for this specific product is like :
I am getting this at this price from this guy. Can you provide at lower price ?
I had a regular guy supplying at this rate. Can you supply at same rate ?

They all do that. It's the customer thinking they have the upper hand, it's also called haggling. This usually only occurs with B2B, so I'm unsure if you sell to biz owners, or actual consumers. They all don't want to pay too much. But if you want to stand out from the rest of them--offer something else for free/create a twist for WHY they should go with you. Is there anything else you can tell us a out what you offer? Is it a service? Product?
You can 'offer' something (PLR, MMR etc), that is aligned with what you are selling. Ie: if they're buying an accounting service from you, offer a biz checklist for having things in order, or to help relive them of some tedious tasks. Offer to automate things.
On the other hand you can offer (if you're selling to biz owners: you can offer the more of the cost of your service, the more they can 'write off' for biz expenses. Just a thought

You have to have selling points describing why your product is better than the others and how it helps the customers. Dumping the price is the worst to sell a product.
