What are some email submit programs? (free to join, not through network)

I am looking for some email submit/pay per free lead programs that aren't parts of networks. This means they are freely available and do not check if you have site with traffic etc.

Be carefull when you do direct signup with advertisers for email sbmits , they scrubb like hell...

Thanks for your help, it is surely helpful! Will try this affiliate. Been working with etoro (successfully) but they changed their campaign and stopped paying for free lead (however still i managed to make about 1000$ with about complete 1 hour). That's why i am looking for these affiliates. You can make the easiest and fastest money (even if it isn't much). Once again, thank you!

You're going to have a hard time finding international offers though, most are USA, CA, GB or AU.
