What are some causes for "IP / Proxies" complaints when using them for Senuke / GSA ? Which platform do they usually come from? Forums? Blog?

Are you talking about when people report you?

Generally even if you use proxies, they can trace it back to your VPS provider and report you. Generally my experience that reports come from really anal blog owners. They either have some sort of auto-spam reporter software in place or manually report you.

I noticed I sometimes ran into this back in the day when spamming the sh!t out of blog comments worked. Usually if you just remove the site that is reporting you will be fine.

I think that's what you were looking for?

Thanks. Yeah, thats pretty much what I was wondering.
I was using squidproxies for GSA, and they informed me about how they received complaints and told me to stop what I was doing.
I really had no intention of causing any trouble, so I looked into my GSA setup and verified links.

So I had social network, web 2.0, whois sites, forums, blogs and more (a mix of everything, just like how most people setup their campaign).
I doubt social network, web 2.0, article directories will report my proxies. So I was just guessing its forum and blogs...

Is there a way to avoid complaints from those?

I've noticed that generally complaints are pretty rare, but they do happen, and in all my experiences it is from blog owners. Usually forum owners are so used to getting Xrumered that they either have some spam tools in place or spend a couple minutes a day moderating the forums (I run a forum so I know). The complaint is usually from some pissed off blog owner with a little too much time on their hands that they go and file a report lol.

Only way to avoid getting the complaint again is to probably dump your blog list in GSA and start new.

Also I know you said you use squidproxies, and there is a slight chance it maybe that your IP is still coming through. I know they had issues with this in the past, and I have since switched (I used to buy 200 private proxies from them), though it has been a while since that so I don't know if things have changed.

My experiences have been with hyper sensitive blog owners. Usually about 1 per 100K blast.

Can you please elaborate this? What you meant by coming through? My real IP being exposed?

Yeah the real IP exposed, which may or may not be the reason you been flagged with complaints. Again I do not want to comment on their current business as I have not used them for over a year, but I think if you search the forum there are some threads on issues with them but this was a while ago.

Woah.. real IP exposed, thats not good.
But either way, how does real IP exposed have to do with my proxies provider telling me that the proxies I am using were getting complaints? Just trying to understand the concept here. Thanks again.

BTW, which proxy service you using now?
