What are Pros and Cons of buying a Instagram Account?

I been offered a instagram account with 200k followers. Just wondered what is the pros and cons if i was to go ahead with this?

Can he take them account back of me at any time or is it fine once i changed telephone and email? Transaciton will go via paypal.

Also how much work will have to be involved and do you have still use powerlikes or can use other methods?

if you change everything you will be good to go, but be sure what kind of followers the page has. are they fake or real and active or inactive followers?

From what i can see he gets around 3-5k per image in terms of like and averages around 30 comments per picture but sometimes it can go 100+ depending on the image.

He did say it will be better to continue using powerlikes also in future but for 100k followers i thought it would be time to move away.
