Make a LLC in the US and start using bank accounts of the US LLC that's the best way possible. RBI regulations are complex and will always make it hard to receive payments.

I've not used them personally but a friend does and he says it works well. You have to issue an an invoice to your client and then your client can pay via card or bank transfer.

Forming US LLC will I not become eligible to pay GST

As of now is exempted as export of services

Forex transaction is always an exempt from GST. So irrespective there is 0% GST. You will also get a debit card from your US bank which pretty much works everywhere. I use the debit when I am outside india and even use it for grocery shopping in India

But talk to your auditor about filing these.
