I have a couple of websites that are ranked very well and are on the first page of Google for a couple of keywords (local based). I've set up some meetings with local business i've contacted to go over pricing and duration.

What is the market value for doing so? I want packages to go for 1 mo., 3 mo., 6 mo. 9 mo., and 12 mo. One of the sites, for example, is a custom cake making site. It gets about 50 visitors a day and we have to constantly turn away business because of orders. What would market charge or what would you guys charge per specified duration?

Any replies would be greatly appreciated. And i will come back with details in the future of my progress :)

well tell me what the other sites are about and I'll tell you how much I'll pay you to put up an ad

Two are fitness-oriented sites for males with some female focus, focusing on getting muscle on specific parts of the body i.e. Arms (biceps/triceps/forearms), Legs (hamstring/quads/calves). One is a health site concentrating on a specific infection. One is a custom cake creation site.

I will post info on one of the websites later today, but are you guys planning to do business with me or are you gathering info to answer my question(s)?

I'd be willing to put up an ad on your body building sites. However, I need proof of how many visitors you are getting monthly.

When you look at it there is a few ways you can set this up.

this is really up to you. If they are local and small business then they wont know they type of questions to ask you in the first place. You could start with 50 to 100 a month.

No depending on the amount of traffic that you have coming to your site you could set it up like some of the larger sites that charge based on impressions. Now most sites like this get over 25k visits a month

You could also set it up to do cost per click as well.

what it really comes down too is how much traffic do you really having coming to your site. Then the next question is how much does that business owner know about seo and online marketing.

traffic is key when coming up with the price
