If you are going to register a new Facebook account in mobile phone, using mobile phone number is better. But you still have to use the new FB account everyday, warming it up. I would imply here that you should use real phone instead of virtual one, the virtual one are bad.

It doesn't matter. You just need to warm it up everyday. Use your Facebook account (chat, comment, watch video, post,...), make sure that FB won't think your Facebook account is a clone.
