What are best softwares for link building?

You have to test on which one will work for you. For me, using Senuke, Article Marketing(manual and automatic submission), selected manual forum profile and Scrapebox works well.
You need a plan before doing backlinking. Without a plan you will kinda lost and don't know where you're going. Put it to plan first on what you are going to do and what you want to achieve.

Whatever software you decide to buy you can't forget to factor in a subscription to a proxy service. You won't last long building ton of links with automated software on your single IP. You'll need a subscription from YourPrivateProxy or ProxyBonanza. $20-$30 a month.

I just received a polite letter from ProxyBonanza telling me to stop doing mass link building or they will suspend my account. They offered me a refund on my remaining balance, so I thought that was cool of them. THey did tell me upfront using Scrapebox was not allowed. Didn't think they would every know what I did with my bandwidth, but a few spam complaints found me out.
Been with YOurPrivateProxy for a month now and don't have any complaints. Not quite as cheap as ProxyBonanza, but no big deal. Got to have some proxies.
If anyone wants to make a million dollars, create a program that rotates your proxy with usernames and passwords automatically. Haven't found one that works well.

IBP 11.7 they have good SEO linking technique and step by step tell you how to do it. I out beat some of my competition because of this software

I've tried a lot of tools, and at the moment I'd say the most "bang for your buck" (apart from xrumer) is Scrapebox
