what are best adult cpm for low quality country

hi , i am planning to start a porn tube site that target a foreign country (low quality ). i know what most of you are thinking here again another person who want to start a porn site. the fact is i had a porn site in the past and the advantage i have is that i can get 1 m to 10 M page views in less than a year without spending a dime on advertisement . just SEO . because of lack of competition . but the issue i would be facing is how to monetize it . CPA wont work .. so does anyone know adult cpm networks beside ero- advertisement.

any other suggestion , or thoughts?

CPA networks are easily the greatest money makers in terms of achieving the most optimal eCPM ratio.

Dont ever sell yourself short with CPM networks, try ensuring you make your own optimized offer campaigns and split-test yourself to cut out the middlemen.

but my my targeted audience are from middle eastern countries , so there zero chance anyone would buy something thats why CPA would be useless thats why cpm is my best option , even 0.50 -0.75 cpm would be great

I think you just don't uderstand how the business works nor the money flows in this industry... You can't achieve a good CPM for a shitty country because adevrtisers don't wanna pay more money than what they can milk out of poor people.

unless u sell premium access to local and excluzive videos you share on the tube, which would be highly enticable to the country people you targeting, its quite tough to monetize.

It's true, Middle Eastern countries aren't the ideal GEOs to work with in the CPA sense since a good number of them won't be spending a lot of money or converting on our end, however, we do have a selection of international offers at CrakRevenue that may be worth looking into. We list the countries we don't accept on all the offer pages.

You mention being able to generate 1 - 10M impressions through SEO. 10M hits is a lot of hits.
I would consider all avenues with those kind of numbers. 10M hits is bound to generate some conversions.

Great feedback Crak. Glad you chimed in here as obviously this producer can drive a lot of traffic from these under-valued GEOs. He has low overall payout expectations, and Crak may easily achieve his desired metrics. For what it's worth I think the op appears to understand the industry just fine, but knows where he can swim. Obviously none of us would be happy with some of the given metrics because we all target the high profile GEOs, but who of us can drive 10m pageviews within a year for Zero cost?

I guess I should concede the post has one of those "ask me how I do it" feels too though. Welcome to BHW newbie!

I have been using Bluagile, an online advertising company that has their own DSP and is focused on selling CPM traffic. They also have a self-serve RTB which is very easy to use. You should check it out.
