Try one of the other Prosense themes to check if these show the ads correctly.
I myself never had any probs with the Prosense Grey.
1.) In your blogsettings go to Permalinks.
Choose Custom Structure and fill in this: %postname%
This gives you better SEO-friendly URL's.
At the moment your URL's look like this in G:

http://iannex.org/wp-content/plugins/I can see all your plugins, including (what I believe) the hacked CC 3.3.1 from here. BTW latest version is 3.3.5
All your ads actually showing up will make a huge difference...
As for the CTR. The acne niche is pretty saturated so don't be surprised if despite all your good efforts this is not a big money maker.
Make more sites using the same method and cover more niches.
100 sites making a dollar a day = $100 a day!!

When you go to a site a browser will look for any kind of index file.
When there's no index.html or index.php in a folder you can see the content of a folder in your browser.
A Wordpress blog has a standard naming for its folders. So as an example, it's easy to spy on your competitors to see which plugins they use.
This way you can also see what vulnerabilities a site could have and take advantage of that in a hacking attempt.
When you upload or create a empty file and just name it index.html your browser will show a blank page since there's no html in the file to process.
All the content of the folder where you put it stays hidden from the outside.
Okay there's more to this but this is the simple explanation and the easy way to avoid people snooping around the contents of your site.

Thank you very much blackhit I added the blank index.html file and will get to work on the rest.
Also do you suggest, that I buy a new domain for each new blog or use sub-domains?
Right now I am just focusing on one blog until I know what I am doing.

I only use new toplevel domains for big projects where I expect a lot of traffic and ROI.
For sites where I expect a couple of dollars a day I use subdomains.
Take a generic domainname and build the subs on that.
Let the main domain age a little, like a month.
Put a blog on it without any ads and post a couple of articles. Get some backlinks at social bookmarking sites.
Doing this will build a little trust in the eyes of the search engines for the main domain and this will benefit the subs.
For the subdomain name you take your main keyword.
Taking your current site as an example that could be:
acne-advice.yoursite.com or get-rid-of-acne.yoursite.com
