what affiliate system do you recommend?

I'm wondering about what affiliate system to put on my site. I want to change from Adsense, as I don't get the adsense targeted. I've been thinking of using ClickBank, but then discovered that CB only pays if a user really buy something, not because he clicks on a add... So I guess it's harder to make money with CB, but maybe CB pays more for each sale...

Anyway I live in Norway, but my site in English and targets internationally.

Well adsense is the only (there are others but they are the exact same) program that pays you when a user clicks...

There are other programs called "Leads" when a user clicks an offer and enters information not related to payment. Most affiliate networks have them.
