I have a Facebook related website really taking off and has a huge level of interaction from visitors.

Would anyone be kind enough to let me know of any products or ad types which work well on a very social Facebook website?

    site is Pagerank 4.

Depends on your target market, demographics, country, lots of things really, if anyway one was to say a particular niche without this knowledge then it would be pretty silly. My advice is to try a few different things gather some stats and see which works best for you. And the PageRank thing doesn't really have anything to do with it, I've got sites that show as N/A PageRank and they get 15k unique a day, I got sites that are PR4 that get 100 unique a day, what's more important than PR is quality traffic and conversions.
Hers a few ideas for you to try, Adsense, CPA offers, PPD/PPI, affiliate networks etc. Hundreds of ways of making money from it you just need to try a few different things out, give them a chance to work, I would say let each method have at least a week or two before moving on.

But what actually converts? i can't find actual products that i think would convert. I will try stuff, but the demographic is quite wide. It's basically 18-24yr olds who make funny facebook statuses.

I would also agree with the point that it depends on the target market, but do you mind telling what products you are going to use if you dont feel like that violations of your terms.

try several polls. ask questions , like ....

what is the best product youve seen on tv ads. / would you buy these products ( list top 5 of the previous results ). etc etc etc.
