YouTube offers now the ability to provide a translation of your video metadata (title, description).

If you have a mainly "visual" video that can be enjoyed by people from all over the world. What about providing a translation in languages spoken by a huge amount of people such as Hindi, Spanish, Russian, Japanese.

I've just started trying this and I don't know the results that can be achieved.

Anyone willing to share opinions on this subject?

Nobody else is using or trying this new YouTube feature?

Traslations are good but the best way is to try it for yourself. Metadata isn't as important now on YouTube, really. I do use the translations with subtitles, that's really helpful as YouTube looks for keywords on subtitles too.
