What a ssafe rate to ping sites?

I'm using linklicious to index links, just want to know what is a safe number to ping per day? We have 2 established sites 5 years with 3.5K links and 1 new site 1 yr old 59 links.

I don't want to the sites sandboxed!

I don't recommend using such a services especially for old established sites.
If google doesn't indexed all your pages - problem is at your side...
 
LOL! So you all chose to let Google look at your site, when they feel like it, yet your competition will be DEMANDING G's attention with their pings...very funny.
 
No need to ping. The harder you try the more suspicious you are for Google.
