Hello all thank you for all the good ideas and advise. May be its allready been mentioned but is there any place on the forum, where there is a step by step method for WH SEO to get to the first page of G? Steps That consistantly work well and fast? :D

To get on first page of G, do on-page and off-page optimization i.e. link building on high PR sites.

You may try other SEO service providers too and weigh all the proposals, but do not go for any company promising you first page rank in a fixed amount of time, they might be using black hat then, nobody can guarantee a certain rank in a fixed amount of time unless they are making algorithms in Google.

What are the charges for SEO services? and How much payment as advance are they asking and later when do we have to pay?

A black hat technique employed for your site can ruin your rankings so be sure the person you employ is 100% white hat.
