Been really impressed with the services here. Did a run for half a month full time and what I'm most impressed by is the communication skills. Many VAs can do the work, but very few VAs are able to communicate well and be thorough with the work.

There are 3 things I'm most impressed with:

1) Receptiveness to feedback

For the fairly custom tasks I give, it's common to make mistakes or have troubles. I often give feedback. Not only does Werewolf take the feedback and implement it, but often asks for it.

2) Goes above and beyond

I give specific instructions and Werewolf isn't afraid to actually innovate on top of the instructions and do work even better than I asked.

3) Honest

No overselling here like many VAs who will "take care of it" but then never do. Werewolf tells me when limits are being pushed.

coming off of a second re-order (and re-ordered again). the latest run has been fantastic as well. i'm still very impressed by the response to feedback. I gave some fairly difficult tasks and while there were some struggles at first, werewolf handled it very well and comunicated well throughout until he got it. one of the best communicators and fastest learners I've seen in a VA
