Been really impressed with the services here. Did a run for half a month full time and what I'm most impressed by is the communication skills. Many VAs can do the work, but very few VAs are able to communicate well and be thorough with the work.

There are 3 things I'm most impressed with:

1) Receptiveness to feedback

For the fairly custom tasks I give, it's common to make mistakes or have troubles. I often give feedback. Not only does Werewolf take the feedback and implement it, but often asks for it.

2) Goes above and beyond

I give specific instructions and Werewolf isn't afraid to actually innovate on top of the instructions and do work even better than I asked.

3) Honest

No overselling here like many VAs who will "take care of it" but then never do. Werewolf tells me when limits are being pushed.

I´ve already worked with many different VA´s, but often there was a problem that the work just wasn't done and I couldn't rely on the people.

+ An absolute positiv point of this Service is that you have a middleman ( Manager ) which is also integrated between you and the VA. He takes care of the work quality and helps if there is any communication problem. I would not like to miss this at all and trust me, it saves you many problems.

+ The Price is very good, you will hardly find anything cheaper with this quality. ( Absolut worth the money )

+ The quality of the work is absolutely satisfactory. I have already worked with other large Eastern European VA companies, There you pay quickly 1500$ for an full-time VA. Certainly, the quality is perhaps even higher there but if you compress the prices the service of Werewolf will definitely make you happy.

I can't say anything bad or negative about the service at the moment, get in touch with Werewolf via skype and look if his VA´s fit your work.
If my opinion changes, I will of course revise my review

50% refund will be provided if the VA fails to do the task within the deadline if there is any. If we fail to complete a task for a week, we will work OT on weekends to compensate the working hours.

About the "50% refund if your VAs fail to do a task" - if I ask for 100 articles/tasks and the VA does only 10% of the work, you will refund me only 50% of the payment?

We do not do content writing. Those articles @Society Girl had mentioned were scraped from the web of 1000 words each.
