This one is great...http://www.sxc.hu/
hi maybe its a bit offtopic but when u use official photos (for example of SONY LCD) that is found on the manufacturers website in your own blog do you always have to give the source?
Really you dont have to do anything.. Unless you are super big.
Worst thing will happen theyll send u a letter to take it down.
That's definitely one of the best.
http://crestock.com gives away one per day, haha, but they're usually pretty darn good. Just google "free stock photos," you'll come across a lot of stuff.
I heard good stuff about those guys^
Most things without a wetmark should be good.
Respectfully, this is bad advice. What will happen is that you will receive a letter from a collection agency in where they will charge you a hell of a lot more than what the graphic website is selling the image for.
I've gotten letters like this thankfully, i was able to BS my way out of it by telling them we just purchased the website but i had to provide proof... not a problem cause our group has several INC's and LLC's so we just changed names etc...
But if you get this letter, believe me you will be hounded until you pay and the company that sent us that letter takes you to court.. as a matter of fact read up about the letter here...
I just use search.creativecommons.org and look for photos with CC comercial rights, lots there
Unless you have a huge website and are making a ton of money from it, I wouldn't worry about that.
Separate names with a comma.
