Over the past few months I've noticed that after playing video games my head is pounding. And it does not matter if its FPS of]r MMO something easy like Command and Conquer. After tonight, I'm done. I've been to the doctors too to ask them about it, they said, you are 38 I'll be 39 in two days and your brain just can't track everything. I even asked for a headscan since strokes run in my family at my age.

I've always been a fan of video games and its just sad that it ended like this. Now I go to youtube for the end game trailer to see how it ends.
Perhaps I'll try again when HL2 EP3 comes out but I do not believe this condition will get better.

if you have strokes, then consider increasing your intake of minerals, in particular: both copper and zinc.

they build up connective tissue and make it stronger.

I was never able to adapt to the reality type video games because the motion always had a lingering effect in my head. Playing one of those driving games makes me sick.

Haha I've always had that problem too. Some racing and FPS games make me nauseous. Started noticing it when F-Zero for the SNES came out in 1990.

I used to love video games but once I got to 30 I just could'nt be bothered. I tried playing the new games with the kids at xmas but got bored in about 5 minutes. I now just think it is a waste of time and I would much rather be on my computer making some cash. This gives me a buzz now not stupid video games. (christ, im turning into my dad!!)

Not to sound like an old fuddy duddy (we're around the same age), but I only got bored with video games when I realized that the new stuff that kids were saying was soooooo great was just sub-par shit with better, shinier graphics.

Same old same old, just more eye candy.

If that's not an IM product analogy, I don't know what is.

Yes, you must at least try HL2 EP3! :D

Seriously, though, sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. I hope your condition improves.

I suffer from the same problems However its not from too much gaming. I play WOW late a night or sometimes in the morning. It's that you need enough sleep and just before you hit the sack give your brain an hour break and most importantly you have drink alot of water.

i buy 'essential minerals' -- it's in liquid form so you absorb it very quickly.
    it's sold by www.newvision.com and runs $20-something a bottle -- lasts about a month.

i learned about strokes and minerals back in the mid 90s. dr. joel wallach did a tape based on his book, 'dead doctors don't lie' and he said that many of the health problems you see in humans are absent in animals because the farmers feed them minerals and vitamins to *prevent* diseases, rather than trying to treat the diseases later.

he said one farm had a problem with their turkeys dying from aortic aneurysms, but after they added a little copper to their feed they didn't lose a single one. that came to me when i read your post, see below:

    ---

She was so famous, she was from Detroit, aged 44, Ellen Joyce Alter. She was in the New York Times obituary, she made the big time. Of course she probably had steel buns because she belonged to one of those private health clubs.

All these gals want steel buns, you know, doing their little exercises. But she didn't have expensive urine, because she died of a ruptured cerebral aneurysm. When they don't do an autopsy, the symptoms could be called a stroke, or subdural hemorrhage.

Very frequently they are caused by a ruptured aneurysm, which is a copper deficiency.

    ---

Anyway, got a few of them here, some of my favorites. This doctor Stewart Cartright, aged 38. He dropped dead in his home. He was a family practitioner. Of a ruptured aneurysm.

That's a ballooning artery, a weakened artery because of the fragmenting or the brittle condition of the elastic fibers in the arteries. Just like when you hit a chuck hole with your car tire, and you break the cords in there and you get a balloon. He dropped dead like he was pole-axed, okay?

Right in his home, from a ruptured aortic aneurysm. Now we learned in 1957 that he died of something that even a turkey wouldn't die from. The reason why we say that is, 1957 we learned that aneurysms were caused by a copper deficiency.

We had a pilot project, 250,000 turkeys, and we made complete food pellets where you put all 90 nutrients in there, and in the first 13 weeks, fully half of those turkeys died. 125,000 died.

Farmers were out there every morning picking them up by the bushel basket. They took them to the State diagnostic labs for an autopsy, and they found out that they all had died of a ruptured aortic aneurysm.

So they doubled the amount of copper in there, and the next year they tried to raise 500,000 turkeys, and they didn't lose a single turkey from a ruptured aortic aneurysm.

And they ran that experiment in mice, and rats and rabbits and dogs and cats and calves and sheep and pigs, and guess what? They found out that there is a whole series of diseases that are caused by copper deficiency.

Gray hair is the first sign. We start getting gray hair, regardless of age, you have a copper deficiency. You get skin wrinkles, because the elastic fibers in your skin are going... those little crows feet around your eyes, facial and body skin wrinkles. You look like you're a little prune, drying up.

I have 10/15 vision, serious at 39 (I'll be 39 in 2 days) I have great vision, stokes kills my family and no one has gotten to 60, perhaps I'll be the first. But, on the bright side none of this sitting in shit in your golden years. And the strokes are huge so they are light switchers.

I would give my left ball to be able to play HL2 EP3 I'm been getting gordon freemen out of trouble since 1998, he owes me since I got him out of black mesa and city 17 and the black forest.

I have never met another person in the forums that too piracetam too. I have not been able to afford it because of lack of resources. Let me tell you that stuff is way better than adderal. It makes your head really really clear and you can focus for hours. It taste like ass I mean really really horrible. I used to buy it in bulk and put a full spoon full in my mouth with and then some milk.

What happens first (for those interested) is your head feels kinda funny and the first time you might feel a little sick and then it passed. You feel excellent your thoughts then just flow for me I do work, I've never gamed on the stuff.
