I got a cheque from paypal to my doorsteps.
my paypal account was limited before 2 years and i didnt withdraw the funds.
But now i have the cheque for $100 from paypal.

dont complain, be happy your one of the few limited accounts that can actually withdraw cash. Btw your title is too vague.

I thought that when they banned your account they let you withdraw the cash after 180 days? I could be wrong of course..

What country are you in, I heard something about a joint action case in the Netherlands I believe where paypal was required to payout the balance on limited accounts
