yes, I have witnessed GSC doing some funny stuff before. considering that you are already getting click nd impressions, there is no need for you to be overly concerned regarding the empty keyword table for now.

Search Console starts showing unusual numbers or delays. I first compare the data over several days and check whether other reports, rankings, and analytics show the same pattern.

This can happen even when the site is getting clicks. I would first check Search console filters, date range, search type and whether the performance report is having a temporary reporting issues. If those look normal, I would compare the data with GA4 before making any SEO changes.

maybe compare it with the previous 28 days. if keywords were showing before and suddenly disappeared while clicks stayed normal, it could be a reporting issue rather than an SEO problem.

Search Console can definitely look confusing when different reports update at different times. I’ve found it better to check URL Inspection, indexing status, and actual Google results together before assuming there is a technical problem. A temporary reporting delay can sometimes look worse than it really is.
