Weird TF / CF with only 1 RD

I'm going to register dropped domain with TF 29 / CF 20, but there is only 1 referring domain.
Is this domain worth to be part or PBN?

it's probably not any good unless that link is spectacular. Best to go with at least 15 - 20 RD before you can give a TF rating any credibility

What is the RD ?
If it is NY Times, BBC or CNN then it's got to be worth looking at, all depends on the price.

just know that 1 domain can be removed, if you have multiple rd the loss would be less

Check with a few tools, check www / URL etc.
Also as misterf said it depends on the 1 domain.

Probably I would say no though, risk is too high.
