I have a pair of keywords that look like:

    onlinekeyword (6k searches - local/exact)

    and
    keywordonline (5500 searches - local/exact)

But, those domain configurations aren't available. What is available is:

    onlinekeywordonline.com

Can you see why I'm asking whether this is a good idea or not?
I can see the potential, but it is also off-putting for searches (and me...I think).

What would you do? I know the search totals aren't massive, but I have the content ready (I'm a writer, the niche is a hobby of mine and started documenting a while ago and I know it inside out as well as how to monetise it).

I'm going to go for it:

    www.onlinekeywordonline.com

I'm not really expecting repeat visitors so much. It's kind of a smash and grab the $$$ site, and if someone really does like it, it's a silly name so it might stick.

    Thanks....:apple:

What about online-keyword, I know a lot of people don't like dashes but I had no bad experience so far.

Thanks Caroline - unfortunately, online-keyword is taken.

No else thinking onlinekeywordonline.com would work?

i dont like the word online in the domain twice. Just looks stupid, maybe not to spiders, but to users it does. Is there no better name you can take?

Also before I forget, google doesnt hate dashes, but it absolutely hates underscores. Never use an underscore, ever.

Thanks lethbridge. I get that it looks silly, but when I get number 1 spot, will anyone really care?

No, unfortunately, they aren't available. I really wanted to stay with a .com

Can you see my point why I think having online in twice might be beneficial?

onlinekeyword and keywordonline are both fairly good key phrases, so why not just stick'em together??

I have been working on a different site, but might try it on the weekend and post my results.

Thanks KS - funnily enough, my keyword with your suggestions is really funny. Obviously, I'm not going to go into details, but it's a big L.O.L
