It's simple filtering also knows as Google dance... Give it some time and keep promoting, it will come back... index.php is nothing but your regular landing page, if you don't want it to appear just make a modification in your .htaccess

    Google dance is so annoying.

just keep building links, should be ok.

I've had this happen before on some sites. Google eventually gets the intended home page sometimes, others I just added a 301 redirect from /index.php to my home page, and google eventually picked it up.

because you created duplicated content in your own site that can cause google sandbox. By duplicated content I mean your:

    www.domain.com
    domain.com
    domain.com/index.php
    www.domain.com/index.php
    domain.com/index.php?
    www.domain.com/index.php?

All of them have the same content. In order to fix this problem try redirect non-www to www and index.php => root

    Home Page:
your site is in Big G's salsa or samba dancing. check your keyword (exact match) and spy the competition pages. Big G's Mayday algorithm has effected the longtail key phrase optimization to quality content.

thank you for reply but I haven't done anything like that, but now when I run a check on google my site appears almost on the last page, but I keep building hundreds of links to it daily.. my sites have never been gone for as long, thats just unusual..
