    Hi guys

On one of my sites, I'm noticing a lot of bandwidth is going missing from one particular IP which turns out to be the hosting company's IP address, which suggests to me that this something is retrieving a lot of information from the server.

I am running WordPress and I'm using a Wootheme called MyStream. I do have some plug-ins attached to it but I really don't think that these are well causing the problem.

I have included an image to show you what I mean:

The IP address above the one that is clearly visible is my own and the IP address that is visible belongs to the hosting company. As you can see it has sat over 200 MB and the site at that point had only been online for a week.

Here is a list of plug-ins that I currently have installed:

    - AdRotate
    - Akismet
    - AIO SEO Pack
    - Broken Link Checker
    - Contact Form 7
    - Google XML Sitemaps
    - Lifestream (turned this off now)
    - No IE6
    - Sexy Bookmarks
    - Tweet This

I also deleted a few others a couple of days ago, but judging by this rise, it didn't help.

Can anyone offer any help? I would really appreciate as it's eating my bandwidth and I don't understand where it is going.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks guys.

    Steve. :)

I see, but if it was doing that, should it really take so much bandwidth with it? It's not a tiny site by any means, but that's a lot of bandwidth. Around 1-2mb is going every hour.
