Weight Loss (Journey)

    My journey goes offline.

    My journey is on my localhost diary.

    Today I weight 98.6 kg

    Will update my weight after 3 months.

    I went through this journey once and actually am going to do it again, this time with a little help....but how I went about it is not by eliminating all carbs just eliminating simple carbs 5 days a week. In short simple carbs are mostly "white" carbs like sugar or white rice or white bread. Instead I went to whole grain carbs, most any brown carbs. I increased my protein intake and dropped my calories to about 10X my bodyweight. So I was 210lbs at the time I would take in an average of 2100 calories, as I lost weight I redid my calories. I got down to around 190lbs.

    My workout program was primarily weights 3 times per week, cardio and abs once per week on the same day. The weekends were mine and I ate and drank whatever I wanted. This program worked for me.

    I wish you the best, the most important thing (just like in IM) is to take action!

    best of luck with this:) ive just lost 50lbs after having a baby, just 10 more to go and burger king here I come! I did it with healthy eating and excercise (hire a vibro plate it was great!) then when i started to plateux (sp) I dropped the carbs - tough going on some days, but just to see the gap where my jeans wouldn't do up getting smaller every week was big motivation.

    No, I will be doing it hardcore and strictly, but thought using my personal wordpress diary on my local host.I will sure make a post when I have loose weight after 3 months.

    You should check out p90x or Insanity, i'm starting insanity next week prolly.

    I have watch the videos, but I think, I have a plan alredy, and that is to walk 5 km/day, doing crunches and eating healthy (only fruits, vegetables and whole wheat).I think my plan is gonna work.And I'm more comfortable following my plan than doing p90x.

    Well suit yourself. This post was before I did insanity. I did insanity for 2 months and lost 20kg without a joke. I started at 93,6 and ended on 73.5kg. Just want to say that a 5km walk is nothing compared to insanity. With insanity you will train 6 days a week and eat healthy foods. IF you stick to it you can become slim again :). But anyways best of luck.
