try commission junction they have a few programs, idk if they do paypal i know they do direct deposit.

When I was working with CJ, they offered me no payment option but checks. I live in EU, if it matters.

I don't exactly know what you mean by "weight loss" affiliate programs. If you need slimming pills, try f.e. genbucks.com, they have some pretty well selling herbal drugs. If you want to promote e-books, check clickbank, they sell a lot of guides on this topic.

The affiliate network owned by ppccoach offers a lot of weight loss programs. I do not know anything about how well he pays or how often, but I do know paypal was an option.

Try MarketHealthdotcom they pay through paypal and have several weight loss products to promote including hoodia and acai berry.
