For all of you who create blogs for linkbuilding purpose, forget about weebly.com since it's blocking all blogs from indexing.

I work with Weebly's for backlinking and they still work fine. Some Weebly's have being doing that for a while now but not all off them. Weebly' never announced anything about this and I only ever encounter this issue when I scrape EU Weebly's. This has been going on for like the last 3 months now.... I first encountered it about 9nweeks ago.

Go to weekly settings then SEO. If it says "hide from search engine" OFF you are fine.

If it says "Show to search engines" OFF and it's locked this is a shit Weebly.

They haven't blocked them all. I scrape millions a week and about 30% are blocked (usually EU ones) . No drama just don't use em I guess.

Thanks for the info. I checked like 10 and they were all blocked. When I tried creating a new blog I got that message, and that made me think that it's the same case with all of them.

I think new weebly accounts have to pay to be crawled, I'm sure I've seen that somewhere.

It could be still worth it, depending on the fee.

Yes. If you make a new weebly account, you will have to pay to get crawled. I have an old account and used it to signup new subdomains, they get indexed. However, those with new emails will get a message to pay for their monthly fees if you want to get indexed.

But he's right in terms of creating new weebly sites. I'm sure he will be delighted when you apologize.

I just transfer Weebly subdomains from the new account to my aged accounts and the subdomains get indexed. Problem solved. You just delete a subdomain from register it again in your aged Weebly account.

Weebly works good for you in case you use unique content. Whenever you try to manage weebly blog with copy paste articles at that time problem generate and your site goes down
