Alright guys, I am in the Fitness & Health niche.

My aim by end of 2014:
Have 800+ Quality Videos on my youtube
    Have 100+ E-Books Published (10-30pages each) and one high quality e-book (50+pages)
    Have 400+ Self-Published on-page Articles 300-600words each.

1 Article per day, 1 ebook per week, and 30 each summer (1 every 2days), 1 video per day, and lots of videos during summer 2014 in which I will pay people to edit them for me.

I will record every saturday and edit it on my own, hopefully by summer 2014 I can afford someone to edit over 400 videos for me over summer.

This goal is achievable with good constant work.
However I have right now 2600$, and will be getting more if I really need it.

I am thinking of using it monthly on SEO.

    PS:
I am going to get some heavy traffic hopefully from social media. I will be getting hold, HOPEFULLY, of pages with over 500k+ likes total, and active ones, that will really boost my network. Giving me an estimated 100k views/video posted, and 30k visits per post.
I will be posting all videos, articles on that site, and promoting the e-books and products.

    Anything I am missing?

    My expenditures are looking at:
    -Hosting/Web Redesigning
    -Video Editor
    -SEO
-Possibly Ghost writers for articles or e-books (will see)
-Possibly website manager/SM manager depending on activity need
-Likes/Comments/Videos on my product videos and videos announcing something new about my site, including introduction videos to my site.

    My free advertisement/traffic plan:
    -Facebook Pages like I said
-I will ask many many many other channels (over 100 of them which are active) to promote me, I am sure at least 10% of them will.
-I will make sure to get lots of shares etc
-I hope to rank in top pages for good amount of low comp keywords.

TIPS WANTED, What am I missing? How much money will I need? Is SEO good idea? How much should I be looking at spending on it for now?
I AM NOT LOOKING AT ANY REASONABLE PROFIT UNTIL END OF 2014. I will have static max 3k-5k spending by end of 2014.

How much will I have to spend to get some good SEO work done on a non-profit (till start of 2015) site?

I am pretty sure you can buy some spam rank to hit the top for very competitive search terms. When the sites die, just keep pumping new ones into the funnel. You should also use YouTube and black hat promotional your ebooks on there. An affiliate program would also be a gateway into maximizing your profits. The main purpose is to draw as many eyeballs as you can to get the sales. You can then ramp up your production later on and earn even more profit or just simply live of a automated income until it dies down.

Sounds like a good plan already. So long as on page SEO is top notch, then all those videos and articles will mean off page SEO is half done too!

Ill keep you informed of our progress!

Holy hell that is a lot of content. Don't mean to be negative, but I don't want you to burn yourself out.

I don't know your current commitments or skillset, however if I was in your position I learn some of your "expenditures" yourself, before hiring others to do these tasks for you. Once you understand online marketing yourself, you will be able to know what you want & need which will save you time, $$, and energy in the long run. With that being said, here is my advice on the following:

    1) Hosting/Web Redesigning:

Wordpress is an amazing content management system. It's free to use, with thousands of plugins, themes, and an active community that is willing to assist you in your goals. A lot of the themes and plugins are free as well, and you can learn how to design your site with a little knowledge of HTML & CSS. Check out the codex, and drop by the IRC channel to chat with developers.

    2) Video Editor:

You did mention that you will be doing these yourself in the beginning, which is a great skillset to have & cut down on some costs in the beginning.

    3) SEO:

Start off by reading Moz's beginners guide to SEO. It will teach you about how search engines work, keyword research, the tools and services that are free to use like Google Analytics, Google Keyword Tool & Google Webmaster tools. Once you understand the basics of on-page and off page optimization, you can focus on getting those backlinks from guest posts, social media sites, & the like.

    Main thing about SEO?

    CONTENT IS KING.

Write good, engaging content, and that's 90% of the battle. (in my humble opinion)

    4) Possibly Ghost writers for articles or e-books (will see):

While writing most for yourself is good, you can also earn affiliate income by promoting other ebooks that are already written. Until your site is making some money to cover your costs, then you can reach out to guest bloggers, pay for fiverr gigs, and go on those other freelancing sites/article creation services to get more content. Again, learning SEO first (such as keyword research) will show you the best content to write about & target.

    5) Possibly website manager/SM manager depending on activity need:

Having an active presence on social media will definitely help you out. While your fanbase grows, handle all aspects of the business yourself. YOU have to learn the ins-and-outs of this business yourself, so you can more effectively delegate tasks to a VA or firm.

Once your site becomes popular enough, people will be reaching out to you for endorsements, ad placement, & potentially even creating some of this content for you through guest posts. Again, it is my suggestion that you learn the above first, before writing your first article or paying for a website design.

    A few additional tidbits:

    -Learn how to A/B test.
-Learn about email marketing & RSS feeds, it will help create a return audience & a better following.
-See how the more popular sites are set up. Where are things placed in the sidebar (like "facebook fans - like us on facebook", subscribe for a free newsletter, etc). Don't reinvent the wheel.

Hope this helps, and be sure to update us on your journey in the Journey Thread section.

Thanks for the post SavyCon, about the webdesign, I paid someone 175$ to make me a custom wordpress theme, he will be done with it in a week or so apparently... Though he is taking ageees.
Either way I am going to look around BST for a good SEO method at 100ish$ a month to start off to rank higher for keywords.

I am pretty sure you can aquire a number of junk e-mail status hitting the highest regarding incredibly aggressive search terms. If the internet sites die, simply preserve water removal new ones into your launch. It's also advisable to make use of Facebook and dark-colored cap advertising the ebooks on the website.
