I'm working on a client whose page URLs do not change, but when I crawled the site with Screaming Frog, I see all the individual URLs for all the products. What gives? And why is this happening?

By "dont change" you mean the navigation is ajax-based? It's probably cloaking it, so that crawlers see individual links but ajax-based browsers see the single url

The content is probably being activated via Ajax. When that happens you wont see any changes in the URLs because the Ajax is requesting the content and showing it in the same page that you were looking at before activating it.

Ok got it. So how does that effect SEO? The pages are still being probably crawled etc correct?
