Hey guys, I'm looking for Global rankings. I run an episode streaming website for a specific series and here's my issue.

    Currently, I have 4-5 keywords.

In the US, I rank between 1-5 for each keyword, which is pretty good.

In Canada, I rank for 2 of the 5 keywords, and the other 3 (main 3) are not in the top 100

What gives? How can I rank better in a specific country? It's not local SEO that I want either, it's just in general I'd like to rank better in multiple countries

Since Canada is multi language country, you may need to work French content too.

There's a seller here who has a Canadian PBN. Maybe a few .ca domain links can help you. I'm not sure whether that'll work though.

    a) Are you GEO targeting in google webmaster tools?
    b) Is your site regional and does it include things like addresses from that area?
    c) Is your domain.com or domain.ca for example?
You should re-check if you are ranked within the top 1000 pages on google.com(add &num=100 to the URL to see 100 SERP results at a time). However, if your site is not in the top 1000 spots it is likely because of a specific google penalty.

Thing is, my website ranks really good (#1 and #2) for two pretty competitive keywords, but not in the top 100 for the other 2 which are #1-2 in the USA, so not really sure what to do :/

A: Nope. I was before, changed it a while ago, now I'm ranking in the USA very well, not in the UK, and only in canada for 2 of my 4 keywords.
B: It's a television show streaming website, so it's global
    C: it's a .tv domain

I understand. You could try getting a few posts from .ca domains. It MAY help you. I'm not really sure. I'm sure you'll get some better suggestions from people who've experienced this before.

.ca traffic. Even comment links could help. There are cool gigs on Fiverr and Source-Market for that.
