I was wondering if there is anyone that can advise me about getting some terms and conditions written along with a privacy policy etc for a website i am about to open. I will be selling services on the website where users will need to sign up so will need sign up terms, payment conditions etc.

I have done this with other sites i have opened but i didn't have much scope for them initially where as this one i do. Maybe i could do this but then someone else suggested to me i could get into complications if everything i required was covered, is it better to get a legal team to write them for me?

I don't mind going down this route but surely there are professional templates of some sort i can base it on?

There is a great tool we use to create all our terms and conditions, warranties, privacy polices... and (you name it) more.

It is called Auto Web Law.

Just Google it. I think JJ Childers owns it now. It is a GREAT resource for exactly what you need... plus you won't have to re-write or plagiarize someone else's terms and conditions.
