Website Not Ranking - help

These are the kind of sites that wont rank well, your keywords are something people don't usually google. For your site it seems that your customers are large scale companies, you should get a pitch with them and present your product well.

Quick google search using "site:themis.com" shows that your site is indexing, but like user said above the keywords aren't geared to any type of search intent.
You can change the pages up after researching some keywords that match, or you can create a blog for your site that I do not currently see and gain traffic that way.

Hi All,

I am working for a website "https://themis.com/". I have been working for the last 7 months and the website is not coming in ranking. Please check my website and help me.
Some people make small website with literally with Google sites and blogger for free, and they make so much money by doing seo, and keywords research. I know it's hard to believe but it's true.

Before starting any online project, the first thing we do is keyword research, followed by content optimization and then on-page and then SEO. I think you didn't quite follow the drill to the tee, and hence the disastrous results looking at your face.

Hi, have you tried checking site:themis.com ?
Your website seems to be ranking on different keywords. But what do you want it to rank for? "Themis"?

If your keyword is "Themis", then you will have to write lots of articles with this keyword, and then only you may be able to rank as there are already established articles that rank for this keyword.

Are your articles not ranking? In that case we have other means to achieve that ...

My client doesn't want to add content to the website. And he shows me other competitors' sites that are ranking without too much content.

I think you probably need to start by clarifying the user base that the user wants, the main user search keywords, the main keywords for the product, because after I look at the site, I'm not actually sure what is trying to be conveyed.

Here are some common factors that could be affecting your website's ranking and suggestions on how to address them:
Keyword Optimization:
Ensure that your website's content is optimized for relevant keywords. Use tools like Google Keyword Planner to identify high-value keywords related to your content.

Quality Content:

  • Create high-quality, valuable content that is relevant to your target audience. Google tends to prioritize websites that provide useful information.
  • Regularly update your content to keep it fresh and relevant.

  • Technical SEO:
    • Fix any technical issues on your website, such as broken links, 404 errors, duplicate content, and crawl errors.

Checked out your site. First off, your on-page SEO needs a tune-up. Make sure your title tags, meta descriptions, and headers are keyword-optimized but not stuffed. Content quality is key, so if it's thin, beef it up with valuable, relevant info. Also, dive into your backlink profile. Weak or spammy backlinks can really hurt. Use tools like SEMrush or Moz to analyze and clean up if needed.

I think it is the keyword research. Google doesn't know what's your website about and that's why you are not ranking.

As you see below, the keyword "cookie" is mentioned to close times as one of bankers.

You're not targeting the right keywords, neither too many of them,
Add more articles to your blog section covering as many relevant topics as you possibly can rank for with your current off page,
Probably investing in more links as your niche seems to be competitive, at least if you aim to rank for the competitive ones,

The website is currently is preforming well for the content and links it got, you simply need to add more of both,
A simple google search will come with a snippet:

Also, it seems like you built it over an expired domain and some of URLs are not redirecting anywhere resulting in 404 erros (probably deleted pages):

Do the keyword research and competitor research first. Implement everything your competitor is doing on their website. It isn't that difficult to rank for the keywords that you are targeting (unless its GRC software) . Use similar web for keyword research.
