So i already found a few affiliate networks im planning to join but they all require you to have your own website. Is this truly necessary or can i somehow bypass this?
Im talking about networks like FriendFinder and such.

Oh and do they call you or not?

It of course differs always if they call you or not. Some networks ALWAYS call, no matter what, some don't if your application looks authentic enough.

And when it comes to the website, no it's not necessary at all (although naturally better if you had...) The form will be there always but you're able to bypass it in many cases by just putting something there and explaining that you have mailing lists, do ppc, buy banners, whatever that doesn't require a site.

There's a couple of good stickies about cpa networks in http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f50-cpa/ you might wanna check out!
