    Hi,

I don't want to sound like a noob but I have a problem with website indexing..
I bought dropped domain some time ago and I decided to start using it 3 days ago..
So.. I redirected non-www to www, submitted URL to google (to get it indexed), but it didn't get indexed so I tried a few other things too..
I added website to webmasters tools and google didn't have any problems with fetching..
I even pinged my website and used different indexing services to get it indexed but nothing...
Robots.txt file is not blocking website from getting indexed either (checked via webmasters tools)

Would it help if I send some backlinks to my website and index them?
Do you guys have any other suggestions?

I may be overreacting but it's really weird,

    Cheers

    OK this will help
    follow this instructions:
    open your webmaster tools
Click on the right tab Crawl
    click on Fetch as Google
add your URL and click Fetch / only this url

then you will click submit to index and your site will be indext in 2 min
If doesn't index the domain is banned by google.

@wizard04 already did that, mentioned it in OP :p "I added website to webmasters tools and google didn't have any problems with fetching.."
EDIT: even if the site was banned, wouldn't I get a message saying that in webmasters tools?
    @Alive and Kicking wat?

Adding it to google webmaster tools and doing what i have told you are two different things.

No, you can't receive any message because the domain was banned previously before was added in webmaster tools

"Google didn't have any problem with fetching" implies he did.

I don't how do you check if your site is indexed, but you can do it like this.
Go to Google, write site:yourdomain.com, if your site is showing, that means its indexed.

@wizard04: yeah, I added website to webmasters tools and used "Fetch as google" option, that's what I meant... I'll try to send some backlinks to the website and index them.. If there is no other option.. ugh, sucks

    Wait some time.

It can take 24-48 hours to index your site with webmaster tools.
