Due to my limited time and a new venture on a new startup + my own company, I can not handle some of these kinds of projects anymore. So, I thought of selling it to the right person who can take it to the next level.
The niches are very hot: Finance, Education, Business-oriented, Casino, Trading, Medicine and so on.
The majority of traffic is from the United States.
I already cashed out over 3.500 USD twice due to 90 days payment delay.
The site is with partially AI-generated content with custom complex syntaxes and small competition on market.
1. Built on a very strong expired domain. The domain age is 11+ years.
2. As you can see on the screenshot of revenue, it's making around 80 EUR (~$95) daily; Only weekends are less due to traffic searches.
3. The site is not really well optimized for ads as I just throw 2 ads on and let it make money. Assuming you will work on multiple revenue channels, it can easily earn x2, x3.
4. The on-page SEO is perfect, it's reflecting on traffic.
5. The speed of the site is very fast, only the ads make it a bit bigger, as any ads service.
6. A custom video comes with it.
7. The publisher account + future earnings come with it, including unpaid which have not been cleared, ~1.600+ Euro at the time of writing this; Will be definitely more when you take over.
