Getting ready to flip my first website. Have a seller all lined up, but worrying i'm gonna get ripped off. How can I avoid someone ripping me off with a paypal chargeback? Will I lose my sale if I accept only money order or wire? What is the best form of payment to accept and best way not to get screwed? I would really like to use paypal. Thx.

What I used to do is create an invoice for them. In the email subject say what they are buying. Then in the comment put something like

"By paying this invoice, You have agreed to purchase BlahBalh. You will receive all the files associated with blahblah and it is in working order at the time invoice is paid."

Then mention that you offer no support if it messes up or whatever. I have never had a problem doing that. I had a guy try to do a chargeback once, But when I pointed that out to PP, they took my side with it.
