Website Design and Suggestions

I have completed my site and have had it up for just about a month now to sell an ebook...

In the past month I have 121 visits according to google analytics...

However I have not had anyone purchase the book...

I would appreciate any input as to what I could do to sale this book or to entice the person to purchase the book...

I do not want to spend alot of time or money to get my site ranked higher for more traffic until this aspect has been takin care of...

I could make a few changes on the site, mostly text.

I have the money to spend on advertising, but before I do this, I want to make sure if I need to change anything in order to make the sales, so far I have not made any sales and not sure why....if its the design, the content, the sales letter, any confusion to the buyer, etc.
It does not make sense to spend money on PPC if there are no sells being generated as of yet

I don't see anything wrong with the design or the layout. Maybe try making the sales copy a little longer and get rid of the navigational bars. You are selling something that shouldn't require the consumer to click away from the home page. Long sales copy seems fitting for this.
