Hello bhw,i was wondering is 1100$ fair price to build sites on wordpress platform with pre-made premium themes.

of course i will customize themes to match client branding,install some plugins for seo,design semi professional logo and 1000 likes to facebook page (if desired)

i'm mainly into restaurants,bars niche.

depends upon customization your client is looking for .
 
Probably blog,contact,food menu and reservations + i would learn them how to deal with admin cpanel.
 
Then i think prices are high ...you can quote a bit low also .

Like Sam said, depends of the customization level. If you are that good, why not to build the website from skratch ( on WordPress, of course ) ?! You can get even $3000 on such a job.

I don't really have that much time it's part time job i need some quick cash.
 
Your price is too much for a WordPress Website. It should be around $500 to $700.
 
Nah but now i'm charging around 450$ per project.
 
That's a fair starting price by my opinion,but be careful with customers and explain them before you start working EXACTLY what they will receive for their money.Contract is not a bad thing to have,not so much from legal point of view,more for your customer to know what they can expect,and for you to have your terms written down and not to have to explain to everyone over and over again.You can copy contract from some web design agency and alter it to conform your needs.

$1100 is really, really expensive for a wordpress website with a PREMADE theme.

For something like this, prices are $300 - $700 (if you're lucky).

If you develop your own theme, or plugin - the price goes to four digits (and even more)
 
Lately the market has settled down and your prices may seem high for a customer.
