It is advisable not to us the old content as they have already been crawled by Google spider as it will be created as a Dup Content ..
Use fresh to protect your site from Panda's Bite

I have heard that it's ok to use if your site doesn't show up at all in google.
but personally id probably start again.

Once your site is not in the Index search for your content once you do not see it you can use it again. Makes Churn and Burn easier

Why not take it and rewrite it, or have it rewritten. It shouldn't take too long, obviously depending on how much content you have.

If you are here for the longterm, better start with fresh, new content. You don't want to leave footprints on newwebsite, once you had a website with the same content deindexed

I do it all the time, once it's off the cache, it's fine. Don't listen to these people who haven't tested anything...

Ok guys thanks for all info

So if site is not showing by typing site:example.com its fine to use it again?

I am not talking about 5 articles but 120 articles all 500-1000 words ...

Exactly, you are good to go but I am not sure how long the cache stays in place and you
might want to wait for that to change.
