EDIT: OK. I don't even need to resubmit this site. Something major happened onsite with the domain or hosting and it has actually been completely deindexed from EVERY search engine that exists. It looks like a major domain issue. Thankfully, that is the web developers jobs to fix, and not mine - it'll become my problem when the site gets reindexed naturally and I have to regain the rankings though, LOL.

I wouldn't remove the PBN links if I were you. If anything, they'll help to make your site look more reputable and will help your reconsideration request to be approved.

Interesting perspective. I think before I do that, I'll need to heavily edit the websites and make them look more legit than they do if they're going to pass a manual review.

But in actuality, it looks like the site might've been deindexed because it went down for a few days. If that is the case, then it'll just be re-crawled naturally. I'll combine it with a 301 redirect of the other replicated pages, and then I'll see how that goes.

EDIT: OK. It is indexed in Bing, but the meta description reads as though the site had gone down because it is replaced with a message telling the owner to renew their domain name. And its been deindexed from Yahoo, and pretty much every other search engine under the sun. That indicates to me that it had NOTHING to do with violating Google's quality guidelines and it got removed because the site simply went offline. That is a bloody relief!
