I just got a manual penalty on my website in search console/webmaster tools.
My articles have about 1,00 words. The first 300-500 is original content that talks about features you should consider when making a buy purchase. The other 500 words are 3 recommended Amazon products with affiliate links.
I assume that my Amazon products were the killer here because I just added one text of content and then bullet points highlighting the products key features. Do you think that is what got me slapped?
I've started to remove the bullet points and rewrite the features in my own words. Do you think this will allow me to get reconsidered and have the penalty lifted?
Also, my site is almost 2 years old, why NOW did they slap me all of a sudden?
