I'm using vultr and I love it. The interface is so easy to use, and the customer service has been extremely helpful every time that I have needed them for an issue.
Do you have a lot of traffic, or expensive traffic in terms of bandwidth?
Have you tried Namecheap's Stellar Plus package? It's on sale now ($24 per year) and it's pretty good (has CDN included). But it all depends on your traffic ofc.
If you choose vultr, it's more expensive and instead of downtime when server load is high, it scales up automatically and bills you extra, depending on how many resources you're consuming.
Vultr are very good as for stability, speed and uptime, but you should know how to run your own server.
I use to work for a company who sells "digital assets" for suckers and they hosted the websites on wpengine.com, was pretty good actually if you can stand the price.
I think that first of all you need to investigate the current case you have with the provider. Learn your usages (space and bandwidth). Also learn your plugins perhaps they cause some issues.
I recommend you to have that completed as it might be the issue with your new provider as well.
I know hostmines.com is a genuinely customer focused - their operations have expanded greatly but they have not let that get in the way of offering great customer service. I have found technical staff willing to go the extra mile in solving issues. regards.
