Webcams on my blog

My wifes brother is being deployed to Iraq this Saturday and to stay in touch we will be setting up webcams. Now I know of websites where you can setup webcams (StickAm) but was wondering if anyone knew of any software where you have a live webcam feed on you blog (Wordpress).
