Anybody know of any good ones? that pays good or decent? im having trouble finding some so i thought i might ask you guys.. in case you dont know what im talking about... i need a webcam site that has a model referral program to where i refer a model and i get paid for it.. i have one now but its shitty i can only get paid if the model gets over 150$ in sales..which i think is bullshit. but anyways anyhelp would be great. i might even throw that person a few bucks through paypal if the site is good.

Neondollars has a model referral program. I believe it pays $50 per referral

Sorry for the late bump, but except for Neondollars you can refer models to primecam & livejasmin.

Anyone who can recommend other good sites for cam model referrals?

camsitecash pays 10% for model referal I think. I haven't used them so can't vouch for their legitimacy.

Hey HaRRo,

Only problem with Imlive agency thing is, the model seems how much she earn. Anyways my gf is also working at Imlive, and they dont got any traffic.

Tbh, that webcam business is lacks well, pretty dead nowdays. ( I mean it was a much better in couple of years ago )

Now just very massive traffic can makes money i think.

Anyone know of any ebooks or tuts on how to optimize webcam performers?
Got some reffered to LJ, but they seem to loose interest pretty fast (not really hard workers, just expecting big money fast), should I have them on more sites at the same time? Any ebooks or tuts I can give them on how to get more paid time and less free chat? Or just motivational success stories of camgirls that earns good? Or do I have to get creative and make them grab boob-traffic of free webcam-sites to some pornblog or something?
