Web2.0 sites get indexed then deindex - then indexed and deindex again by building links to them via articles. Whats going on here? Very weird? Any expert explaination to this? Thanks..

It is all related to Google updates and any change in algorithm gets you web 2.0 indexed or deindexed.

Over what period of time are we talking about? You gotta understand that when you hit Google they get their results from one of a shitton of data centers that get data at different times. Since those pages are so unimportant in the grand scheme of the index, it can take a long time for every data center to recognize them as indexed. What is happening is you're just actually seeing data from different servers as they creep through.
